Bono, the U2 frontman, is the archtypical 'head up his arse' rockstar! along with Sting & Bob Geldof they preach to the masses about poverty and the environment from there ivory chairs, private jets and mansion houses.. not content with being merely rockstars, they crave the kind of fame attributed to Gandi or Jesus Christ. Blinded by living in a world of stadium gig euphoria, which lifts the performers to a false sense of godleness, they take there pretensious 'climb on the bandwagon' mentality and try and ram it down our throats via the media.. making sure all the trademark self-promotional tools are on view for all to see.. i.e. Bono's wrap around glasses.. Sting, he's never far away from a musical instrument so he can bore us with some latest crossover crap..

Bono's latest poke at the British, is comparing the potato famine in Ireland to the situation in Africa... of course, when all else fails, blame the British for everything.. apparantly the Irish had to 'deal' with the British, that could mean a hell of alot of different things, i wonder what he really meant ? I conclude the British ought to deal with Bono, he is no John Lennon, despite his vain attempts in trying...
